- Your physical body, and all the thoughts, beliefs, cultural programming, and habits that make up what you think of as "you" in the material world.
- Not, in fact, all that you are as an infinite, spiritual consciousness connected to all things in space and time.

30 daily practices to help you truly become "more than a meatsuit."
Here's the thing: there is A LOT more to you than the thoughts you think, beliefs you hold, ways you react to people and situations in your life, and your physical body (not to mention the relationship you probably have with it.)
You are actually the consciousness that is observing all of that, and has a "higher" perspective - and the ability to choose how you react/respond, to choose the thoughts you think, and to always change the beliefs you hold instead of just accepting the ones you've picked up from family and society up until now.
If you're here, I'd wager you've at least caught a glimpse of this "new" reality, and may have even begun making some changes in your life that feel intentional, that feel like you choosing your own reality instead of being at the whims of your old habits and "autopilot" way of living we mostly have until learning there is another way.
There's always more to learn, and another layer to peel back - and that's why I've created this 30 Days of Meditation program.
It's a "crash course" over 30 days, introducing you to a variety of different meditation practices, and new ways to look at how you can apply "meditation" to your daily life off the meditation cushion, chair, or yoga mat.
Because we're not monks chilling in caves, we're humans living in the world with jobs and families and relationships and responsibilities and social media and tacos and never enough time to do all the things (like eat tacos.)
And so I want to make meditation easy, and accessible, and what it really is: a tool to help you live and enjoy your life more fully, with more freedom of choice and happiness and fulfillment.
It's not about sitting down and shutting up just for the sake of it - it's about turning down the noisy mind chatter dial in our heads, so we can gain a clearer perspective on what we want, what is important, and focus on that instead of getting sucked into scrolling Instagram for 4 hours a day and wondering where the time went and why we feel so unsatisfied.
A regular meditation practice can help you have:
- less stress/anxiety and thus way more energy to spare
- quicker bounce-back after stressful things DO happen (bc they do, sometimes - we human out here)
- a deeper connection to your intuition and creativity and less second-guessing of your choices, options, and goals
- real self-care benefits that last longer than wine in the bath (better sleep, improved blood pressure and heart rate, connection to soul + spirit and this like...magical sense of well-being that may honestly seem surprising to you at first)

Oh hey, I’m Ainslie - More Than A Meatsuit founder.
I’ve always felt like an alien attempting to fit in to a world, and a bunch of systems, that never made any sense to me. From grade school and beyond, I’ve been questioning why we’re told we "should" do things a certain way - and instead finding my own way to a life that feels free, fulfilling, creative, and like it’s helping the world (actually, universe) shift into a new way of being.
Over the years I’ve realized this process of feeling free, living outside what's "normal" and doing work that challenges the status quo actually takes more unlearning of cultural programming, family patterns, and personal habits and fears than anything else. Basically, we’ve been allllll messed up by our past and we need to shed all those layers to become the fully expressed version of ourselves that we all so deeply desire.
Hear this: there's nothing wrong with you.
You're not broken.
